Outreach Welcomes Tom Boone as Associate Director for Mission

The Outreach Foundation is pleased to announce that Rev. Dr. Thomas Boone has joined the senior leadership team as our new Associate Director for Mission. His areas of focus will be global theological education partnerships, and partnership development in China, Pakistan, and Europe.

Tom has served the Presbyterian church as a Pastor since 1990 and has taught biblical studies, philosophy, and ecclesiology in both undergraduate and graduate settings. From 2013-2016 Tom was chair of the department of theology at LCC International University in Klaipeda, Lithuania. While there he engaged church leaders in Ukraine, Russia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Some of his favorite moments have been among Christians in Uganda, Mozambique, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, China, Pakistan, and Tajikistan. He holds an MDiv from Regent College (Canada), a ThM from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a PhD in New Testament from Loyola University in Chicago. He is married to Joy and they have three adult children and three grandchildren.
