Rev. Dr. Mark Mueller

Executive Director

The Rev. Dr. Mark Mueller, Executive Director of The Outreach Foundation since October 2020, served congregations for 23 years in Alabama and Indiana before arriving in 2018 at The Outreach Foundation as Director of Development. Prior to ministry, Mark worked in the public school systems of Utah and Arizona as a teacher and administrator. Mark has traveled extensively to the Middle East, Europe, Mexico, and Africa.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona, a Master of Educational Leadership at Brigham Young University, a Master of Divinity from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree at Columbia Theological Seminary with an emphasis on Evangelism and New Church Development.

Mark and his wife, the Rev. Dr. Toby Mueller, have two married daughters and five grandchildren.

Since his ordination as a pastor in the Presbyterian church in 1991, Tom has served the church in multiple capacities both locally and globally. He earned his MDiv from Regent College (Vancouver, Canada) in 1990; his ThM from Princeton Seminary in 1991; and his PhD in Early Christian Origins/New Testament from Loyola University (Chicago) in 2006 with a dissertation covering the Gospel of John.

From 2013 – 2016, he lived in Lithuania, working as Chair of the Department of Theology at LCC International University. Since 2012, he has enjoyed forming relationships through The Outreach Foundation with global church leaders who have fueled the mission of Jesus Christ. In His providence in 2021, God opened the door for him to join the incredible Outreach team full-time as Associate Director for Mission, serving in areas of the world that are close to his heart. He is married to Joy and they have three grown children who have blessed them with four grandchildren.

 

Rev. DANIEL SUSENBACH

Daniel joined our team at The Outreach Foundation in January 2024, after spending 14 years serving the Lord in pastoral ministry.  During that time he served churches in both the United States and the United Kingdom.  Most recently, he was serving as Lead Pastor of Venture Church just outside of London, England.  Prior to becoming a pastor, Daniel spent 10 years on the mission field with Youth With A Mission, leading teams of young people all over the world. 

Daniel has a huge passion for the nations, and has traveled widely to more than 75 countries.  He has earned a Bachelor of Theology degree and Master of Theology degree from Beacon University: Institute of Ministry.  His passion is to fuel the growth of the global church by creating strategic connections and building partnerships for God's Kingdom.   Daniel and his wife Beccy live in the Denver area and have three school-aged children.

 

Linda Patrick

Finance

Linda Patrick joined our staff in 1996 after a career as a partner in an international accounting firm. She served The Outreach Foundation as Chief Financial Officer, and now manages payroll and benefits. Linda is a Ruling Elder and member of First Presbyterian Church, Franklin, TN. She has a son and a daughter and five grandchildren.
