Sebber at new Malawi well
Led by Sebber Banda, project manager and public health nurse, the holistic evangelism project in Mozambique’s Tete Province trains and equips leaders for 80+ churches. Churches, wells, schools, teacher housing, and clinics are being constructed. Health education and disease prevention are being taught, and traditional birth attendants and village health assistants are being trained.
Izdihar with the Syrian woman who teaches sewing classes
Izdihar Kassis leads Together for the Family (TFF), a faith-based relief organization located in Zahle, Lebanon, serving Syrian refugees. From two modest “service centers,” TFF runs a small medical and dental clinic, provides skill development training in carpentry for boys, and sewing and needlework for girls with the hope of keeping them out of the farm industry where they are often exploited.
Veda Javaid Gill with students from PEB
Veda Javaid Gill, Executive Director of PEB, has devoted the last 25 years to improving the education of children in Pakistan. Education had positively impacted her family, as her own mother was a young scholarship student from one of PEB’s schools. In Veda’s 25 years as Executive Director, she has been able to see the student population at PEB schools grow from a few hundred to 5,500 students.

Clean drinking water is a much sought-after commodity in East Africa, and The Outreach Foundation and the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA), along with local churches, have partnered to bring water to thirsty villages. Much of the work provides water tanks to families and boreholes to communities.
The Outreach Foundation actively supports a holistic evangelism project in Mozambique’s Tete Province that helps our global partner, the Presbyterian Church in Mozambique, reach out to their neighbors to share the Gospel in a variety of ways including building new wells to supply clean water to many villages.
Todd and Maria Luke’s Gospel-driven outreach to build cisterns in Mexico gives families, many of whom are indigenous Ch’ols suffering from poor health due in part to lack of clean water, access to an abundant supply of rainwater that makes a family healthier. Ch’ol Presbyterian laymen organize families to work together to build family-owned cisterns that collect rainfall.
Standing with Ukraine: A Trusted Partnership Amid Crisis
On August 15, 2025—day 1,269 of Russia’s brutal invasion—Ukrainians were glued to their media outlets awaiting word from the Trump-Putin summit in Alaska. Their hearts are heavy yet hopeful for a just peace. In this tense moment, The Outreach Foundation, rooted in our mission to fuel the global mission of Jesus Christ through trusted relationships, hosted a stirring conversation between a faithful donor from Northern Ireland and Dr. Ivan Rusyn, President of the Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary (UETS) in Kyiv. Our partnership, forged through three wartime visits delivering relief and trauma counseling training, embodies Christ’s love in action.
