Türkiye #3 - Healing lives through Christ

On Day 2 of our trip, our team participated in a Radmard conference. Radmard means “men of righteousness” and is a Christian men’s ministry in Iran. Reza, a Pars graduate, leads this ministry. The men gathered are living in Iran. Both teams shared stories of Jesus Christ at work healing us through lives marked by addiction, pain, anger, and shame.

As part of our meeting with Radmard, confession given and forgiveness offered by Iranians and Americans over actions and words that have kept us divided. Prayer for our two nations at this time was especially meaningful. “May we, the body of Christ, be a force for peace between our nations in this time. Jesus heal us both.”

The Outreach team gathered with the men of Radmard. In three years, Radmard has helped 60 men realize their identity in Christ and given them effective tools to face their trauma.
