Elizabeth Carter Promoted to Director of Development

The Outreach Foundation is excited to announce Elizabeth Carter as our new Director of Development. This well-earned promotion comes after 14 years with The Outreach Foundation in communications, development, and church relations roles.  Elizabeth has a God-given talent for interpersonal relationships, and we are excited to see how she will thrive in this new role.  Elizabeth and her husband, Rick, have two grown children, Richard and Sam, and share a love for travel, all things Clemson Tigers, and their puppy Dabo.
