Travel with The Outreach Foundation to learn more about God’s mission in Guatemala. The trip will be led by Outreach’s Executive Director Rob Weingartner. Our hosts will be Antioch Partner missionaries Philip and Bacilia Beisswenger and leaders of the National Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Guatemala (IENPG). Cost of the trip is approximately $1,500 including airfare from Atlanta and all in-country costs (room, board, transport).
The focus of the trip will be ministries that are developing leaders for the church and developing the capacity of the church, especially among the indigenous Q’eqchi’ people. We will visit Cobán, Chiséc, Purulhá and Guatemala City, visiting with pastors and evangelists, women’s leaders, indigenous theological students, congregations and new believers. We will worship with and learn from brothers and sisters in Christ, and we’ll see the progress on the Presbyterian Complex of the North at Cobán, a new strategic ministry center.
