Welcome to Day 2 with Presbyterian Education Board (PEB) in Pakistan. Today’s highlights feature Rev. Dr. Jennie Harrop (Cedar Creek Church, Sherwood, OR).

We spent the day in Martinpur, a Christian village in Pakistan. We visited PEB’s girls’ school, boys’ school, and Hope Center, an orphanage nested at the boys’ school.

Day 1 of our visit with Presbyterian Education Board (PEB) in Lahore, Pakistan. Associate Director for Mission Tom Boone visits with Cheryl Burke, Executive Director of Friends of PEB.

The Outreach Foundation team also visited Forman College Church, and Rev. Dr. Jennie Harrop (Cedar Creek Church in Sherwood, OR) preached.

The team expressed our gratitude to God for His provision of mercy during this visit and interceded on behalf of our many new friends returning to Iran.

On Day 3, Kimmy Stokesbary Briggs shares her reflection on God at work through Forouzan’s house church network in Iran.

On Day 2 of our trip, our team participated in a Radmard conference. Radmard means “men of righteousness” and is a Christian men’s ministry in Iran. Reza, a Pars graduate, leads this ministry. The men gathered are living in Iran. Both teams shared stories of Jesus Christ at work healing us through lives marked by addiction, pain, anger, and shame.

The Outreach Foundation team has arrived in Istanbul! For the next several days, we will be visiting with three Iranian house church networks and taking part in their leadership conferences. After a long two days of travel, it is good to be here and we are energized at the thought of those whom we will be meeting.

We shared Sunday worship and fellowship with City Church Klaipeda. This portion of our visit was the final day in an incredible week of prayer, discussions, and learning of the Lithuanian and Russian contexts in which City Church has struggled to flourish.
