Persian Diaspora Update: RADMARD

Radmard, which means “man of purity,” is a one-of-a-kind ministry that focuses on healing Muslim background believing men of their addictions and showing them how to replicate this healing among family and friends. Reza, the ministry’s leader, and his team do all this in the name of Jesus Christ, spreading Christ’s light in one of the darkest spaces in the world as one of our Persian Diaspora partners. Radmard cultivates safe spaces for men, empowering them to confront their histories of rejection, abuse, and addiction. This work ignites their curiosity, helping them learn it is acceptable to question and discover faith, which is heavily discouraged in their Muslim context. We especially celebrate that three of the participant’s wives found life in Jesus. Radmard is helping men find freedom from addictions, renewing their marriages, and deepening their faith.

Recently, with support provided by The Outreach Foundation, Radmard translated four books into Persian, printed those books in Iran and Türkiye and will distribute them to various Iranian networks. Since there have been very few Christian resources in Persian specifically written for men, this project marks a significant step forward in meeting that need. Reza hopes to continue making more rich Christian resources available to Persian-speaking believers in the future.
