Associate Director Tom Boone and China Mission Specialist Bin “Chris” Wang introduce The Outreach Foundation’s visit to Hong Kong and mainland China. We are bringing together scholar-pastors from the United States with emerging leaders in the church of China for exchanges of ideas and encouragement. After a few days we will travel from Hong Kong to mainland China for further conversations with church and seminary leaders in various cities. Thank you for your prayers that God’s mercy will surround all who are part of this visit.

On day five of our team’s trip, Glen Adelsberger and Blake Heffner (GRACE Church) reflect on their first engagement among those living in the Persian Diaspora of Germany. They share the impact of testimonies and being part of a baptism this morning.

Today is our day four trip vlog, in which we hear from Rachel Hamburger (Smyrna Church) and Jeff Wood (First Presbyterian, Sebastian FL), both on their first visit with The Outreach Foundation. Rachel and Jeff share some highlights and learnings from their activity on the conference intercessory prayer team.

On this third day trip vlog, Kelly and Casey Blighton from South Highland Presbyterian Church share their experience as first-time mission participants! Hear them share their work with children at our conference and their thoughts on the Persian faith community’s vitality.

In this Day 2 trip vlog, Amy Delgado (Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church) and Doug Stewart (GRACE Church) reflect on our team’s visit to Dachau and the inspiring ways the Holy Spirit is showing power among the suffering people of the Persian diaspora.

Tom Boone, Associate Director for Mission of The Outreach Foundation, introduces our week of visiting partners in the Persian Diaspora. For the next several days, we will be in Germany with Reverend Sargez Benjamin and the Presbyterian Church of Bayern. Our central activity is a conference on the impact of secularity on the Christian faith, an essential topic for first-generation Christians. Our team of 21 comes from 5 different churches, anchored by our friends from GRACE Church in Bethlehem, PA. Thank you for your prayers, and we will share our reflections with you during our time here.
