Tom Widmer leads a discussion with The Outreach Foundation's Portuguese-Language Ministries Coordinator, Rev. Dr. José Pezini, and Pastor of New Hope Presbyterian Church, Rev. Wesley Porto, about the SARA ministry, which serves Brazilian pastors dealing with burnout. They also talk about serving Brazilian immigrants here in the United States.

Rev. Dr. José Pezini is the Portuguese-Language Ministries Coordinator for The Outreach Foundation based in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil. His work with the SARA ministry there, which is the acronym for “Serving of Support, Refreshment, and Friendship” in Portuguese, provides retreats and training for Brazilian pastors facing burnout.

Rev. Wesley Porto is the Pastor of New Hope Presbyterian Church in Orlando, FL, which serves Brazilian immigrants.

The guest host for this episode is Tom Widmer, who retired from serving as the Director of Development for The Outreach Foundation in late 2018.
