Scholarships at San Pablo Theological Seminary

San Pablo Presbyterian Theological Seminary began in 1982 as a small seminary serving the Yucatan. It quickly branched out to other parts of Mexico. Today, it is the largest Presbyterian seminary in the country.

San Pablo is indeed leading the way in equipping church leadership that will make a difference in furthering the Kingdom of God. The hope and prayer of the faculty and students is that the Lord will use them to strengthen and expand his Kingdom, not only in Spanish-speaking countries, but all over the world. The seminary is located in Merida, Yucatan with extension programs in other cities within Mexico. It trains pastors, educators, and musicians. The number of students has increased as the students now come from all areas of Mexico and Central and South America.

In addition to training pastors San Pablo has the only program in the Yucatan that trains musicians for Christian service.

Funds are needed to provide scholarships to students willing to dedicate their lives in service to the Lord and who need assistance in funding their training. A contribution of $2,400 helps to provide a scholarship including room, board, tuition, and books for a student for one year.
