Dear Friends, Today (July 24, 2011) we dedicated Kanombe Church building of Eglise Presbyterienne du Rwanda (EPR) in Kigali, Rwanda. The visiting group from First Presbyterian Church, Nashville painted and cleaned the church at the beginning of the week. Then on Saturday there was a service in which the Kanombe pastor baptized 28 new members and added nine members from other denominations to the congregation. The dedication was a great celebration. All the choirs were excellent, but the Imani choir of Dar Es Salam, Tanzania was superb. Many guests from all over East Africa were in attendance including the President of EPR and the Vice-Mayor…
