Global Mission of the Evangelical Church in Egypt

The Agape Arabic Christian Center (“Agape”) is an evangelistic ministry  to Arabic-speaking people located in London. Through book sales and one-on-one ministry, it reaches out to Arabic-speaking immigrants living in London who number more than 200,000. The center organizes outreach events each summer.

Over a million Muslim visitors from different countries are expected to visit London during the 2012 Olympics. Most of these will be Arabic-speaking nationals. Agape will use this event as a starting point to reach out to Muslims with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Teams of Christians from Egypt are being recruited and trained to come and help. The teams will be located in London as well as in residential areas outside London that are heavily populated with Muslims. They will use various outreach methods including the distribution of Bibles and Christian materials and one-on-one evangelism.

London is a strategic place to do evangelism and nurture new believers, as there is freedom for Muslims to explore and embrace Christianity in England that they would not have in their own countries.

We invite you to join us in support of this exciting program which has borne much fruit over the years.
