With the explosive growth of the Christian Church in the Bihar State of India, church and mission leaders have started a program to build low cost churches.  This will be in partnership with local congregations and the indigenous mission supported by the Bihar OutReach Network (BORN). Local congregations will provide land and labor; BORN will provide funds for bricks, bamboo and tiles for walls and roofs.
