MINISTRY TO STREET CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND PROSTITUTES
MADAGASCAR

This remarkable ministry started in 1961 as a joint effort of Protestant (FJKM – the largest protestant denomination of the island) and Lutheran churches. It is located in one of the most populated parts of Antananarivo, the capital city of Madagascar. The homeless and orphans are cared for and taught skills. HIV/AIDS victims receive counseling and care.

Pastor Helivao dedicates time and resources toward helping and ministering to these children, families and prostitutes. The Outreach Foundation is committed to raising $15,000 for food, clothing, medical expenses and Bible study materials for this valuable ministry.
