| Rob Weingartner was called as Executive Director in 2002 following pastorates in Indiana and Ohio. A graduate of Pittsburgh (M.Div.) and Princeton (D.Min.) seminaries, he served as a member of the General Assembly Council and the Worldwide Ministries Division committee. Rob has also served on the boards of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Presbyterians for Renewal, New Wilmington Mission Conference and Presbyterian Global Fellowship. |

| Jefferson (Jeff) Ritchie, Associate Director for Mission, joined our staff in 1998. Jeff and his family were missionaries to Korea in the 1980s, and immediately prior to joining The Outreach Foundation, he served eight years as Coordinator in the PC(USA) Office of International Evangelism. Jeff is a graduate of Davidson College, Fuller Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and San Francisco Theological Seminary (D.Min.). He served the First Presbyterian Church at Caldwell, New Jersey, from 1976-1980 as youth minister. |

Linda Patrick joined The Outreach Foundation in 1996. A former partner in an international accounting firm and a Certified Public Accountant, as Associate Director for Administration and Finance, Linda is responsible for overseeing the administration of our Franklin office and all of our financial and accounting functions.

Bill Bryant was called from the pulpit of First Presbyterian Church in Nashville to become Executive Director of The Outreach Foundation in 1994. He served in that capacity until 2002 and has remained active in our work. The Booth Leadership Initiative which Bill directs seeks to engage Presbyterian partners in Africa in new models of leadership development with a focus on evangelist/tentmaker programs.

| Marilyn Borst is the newest addition to the staff. As Associate Director for Partnership Development, Marilyn will work with small churches to develop new models for mission engagement; seek new opportunities for women to participate in mission; resource mission workshops for individual congregations, clusters of churches, and conferences; and expand The Outreach Foundation's work with Presbyterian partners in the Middle East. Prior to joining The Outreach Foundation, she was Director of Global Ministry at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, where she oversaw the international partnerships of the PC (USA)’s largest congregation in over 33 countries. |
